All our models except the small STANDARD submarines are packed in strong plywood crates using a superior internal restraint system to eliminate transit damage. ALL WOOD SHIPS  is not responsible for shipping damage but we will do all we can to assist in repairing a damaged model by sending instructions and free touch up paint, or if model needs to be returned to factory for repair.*

Shipping damage must be reported to us by e-mail within 24 hours of delivery, and we will repair the model and ship back at our cost if the cause of damage is due to incorrect packaging or a flaw in the model. If the cause of damage is shipping abuse it is the responsibility of the shipper but we will still assist in repairing the model.* 

If returning an item to us, you must request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us before returning the item.  We will not accept any item that is returned without a RMA number.

* All Wood Ships does not pay for or reimburse shipping charges on items sent to us.

All ship model sales are final.
